The worldwide pandemic of 2020 hit and upended life as we know it on so many levels. To say things got real is an understatement. Family, health, work, and business are only a few areas in which decisions had to be made and they had to be made immediately! For owners of businesses, small to large, it was no longer business as usual, but rather business unusual. In this episode, I talk with Jandie Smith Turner of Acuity Internation, which provides boutique event management services that includes leisure travel for golf groups, about what she did when she found herself holding some pandemic sized lemons that threated to sour the future of the business, she has worked very hard to build.
